NLCA Corporate2Coach Subscription Agreement

  1. General Terms
    This agreement is for the Corporate2Coach program provided by The Next Level Coaching Academy LLC (NLCA). By signing, the client agrees to receive online business coaching as described below.
  2. Program Details
    • Program Length: Month-to-Month Subscription (Rolling admission)
    • Subscription Start Date: Today 
    • Subscription End Date: Client may end the subscription at anytime on their own accord.

  1. Payments
  • Monthly Fee: $97
  • Automatic payments are scheduled for the same day each month. All payments will be pulled from Kajabi. If payments default for more than 72 hours, Client will lose access until the account is back in good standing.
  • Client agrees that all monthly payments are authorized and payments will only cease upon cancellation on the Client’s behalf. 
  1. Cancellation
    How to cancel your Kajabi subscription: 
  • Open the Settings tab from the Dashboard.
  • Select Billing from the Account Settings section.
  • Navigate to the Subscription section.
  • Click Cancel subscription:

There are no refunds for any payments made prior to canceling. 

  1. Liability
    NLCA does not guarantee any specific results from the program. The client is responsible for their own progress and outcomes.
  2. Intellectual Property
    All program materials are the property of NLCA and cannot be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
  3. Non-Disparagement
    The client agrees not to make any disparaging remarks about NLCA or its affiliates.
  4. Use of Photos
    The client agrees that photos/videos may be used by NLCA for marketing purposes. The client may request to keep photos private or have them removed if uncomfortable.
  5. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in Austin, Texas.

10. Confidentiality & Non-Compete
The client agrees to keep all program materials confidential and not to compete with NLCA’s services for 12 months from the signing date.

11. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between NLCA and the client
